Preventative Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance is comparable to changing the oil in your car or getting new tires. Every once in a while its a good idea to take your car to the mechanic so it gets tuned up, inspected and any minor issues don't become major ones.

The same thing is true for your Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration systems since they are constantly running.

When performing a Preventative Maintenance we check

• Inspect coolant levels & pressure
• Check & adjust thermostat
• Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors &          relays
• Inspect evaporator coil
• Inspect and clean condenser
• Inspect condensate drain
• Inspect outdoor disconnect
• Inspect condenser fan motor & blades

• Clean blower
• Clean & adjust burners
• Inspect heat exchanger
• Inspect gas pressure & flame
• Inspect igniter/pilot light
• Inspect filter
• Check airflow
at startup
